- Before you open a case please read our FAQs.
- Please include as much detail as possible: Serial/MAC, model number, current firmware and/or software versions. Describe the problem and steps taken to resolve it.
- DO NOT paste SIP Traces or Debug outputs here. Reply to the email you will receive with them as Notepad attachments.
- DO NOT use this for for RMA Requests. For RMAs please read Return Policy and procedures and fill out an RMA request form.
- If you do not receive an email response with a ticket number within 24 hours, please call 972-831-1600 or contact your sales representative.
