Reseller MSP Hosted PBX Solution

Based on Asterisk®, the world's leading open source PBX, Thirdlane uses an open architecture. This means freedom of choice for your platform, flexibility of configuration and easy integration with other applications like billing, automatic CPE provisioning, CRM integration, and much more. Thirdlane´s approach is unique because it creates a multi dimensioned Asterisk PBX without the overhead cost of virtualization and enhances Asterisk® management without limiting its capabilities.

The system is the best value in complete business communication systems. Real time Conference Management, CRM integration, management of multiple servers, multi-level IVR, fully automated provisioning of the most popular commercial phones. Also manage Voicemail, Call recording, Call forwarding, Call screening, Automatic Call Distribution, Personalized "find me", Internet fax, Advanced 'hunt' groups and more.

Easy to install, simply point and click to upload an archive file into Webmin - or use a complete solution on CD and install all the IT components you need. It is an affordable solution, capable of supporting a large number of small virtual PBXs on the same box. Even with its capability to manage multiple servers it is very easy to add additional servers and manage them using a single Web interface. And when the customers grow, just install an on-premises thirdlane Single Tenant PBX. Customers can continue using the same phones and will not need additional training.

With this platform you can offer hosted services to your customers and setup a small hosted platform to serve customers in emergencies, customers that need a quick IP PBX or customers that are spread geographically and dont need to manage a central system.

Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX is the most flexible and cost effective way to implement Asterisk in either hosted or multi tenant building environments and the partnership with Digium assures enterprise customers as well as Internet service providers (ISPs), Internet telephony service providers (ITSPs) and resellers that Thirdlane solutions are fully compatible with unmodified Asterisk and Asterisk Business Edition™.

Benefits

Easy Installation. thirdlane PBX Manager GUI is a Web administered Webmin module and can be installed in minutes without requiring any database or web server software. PBX Manager’s installation or upgrade is just a matter of pointing at a URL and clicking install button.

Easy Operation. No special knowledge of Linux or Asterisk is required for the operation, so the management functions can be performed by a regular staff. PBX Manager’s permissions system can be used for limiting user's access to the system features as required. Tasks that once required a service call can be easily managed through browser based management interfaces.

Extensibility and flexibility. thirdlane PBX Manager is shipped with a set of sample configuration files and a script repository for the common PBX functions. You may extend the included script repository with your own scripts taking advantage of the full power of Asterisk. Thirdlane´s custom scripting technology can be used to create highly customized solutions that address customer´s specific needs.

Easy Support. Use of Webmin as a platform for thirdlane PBX Manager facilitates remote technical support. This is particularly important for the system integrators deploying Asterisk and PBX Manager for geographically distributed clients.

Cost Effective - By using Open Source technology Thirdlane is able to offer an enterprise class feature set and still provide a low TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).

Scalable - Thirdlane's multi tenant solution does not depend on virtual machines like some hosted platforms. Hundreds of tenants or thousands of phones can be supported by a single server.

Clear Migration Path - Companies using Thirdlane for hosted services can easily migrate their customers to a premise based version because both products use a similar interface.
