ISS NVR and Monitoring platform ISS video Inspector handles both analog and IP Cameras.
The Xpress version is designed for small installs of up to 16 cameras and is very easy to use.  Professional has Point of Sale integration available and is feature competitive with all the other big NVR players and is extremely price competitive (often three times less) in the 65-160 channel range.  Most manufacturers require you to go to their enterprise product at 65 cameras.  Since Professional supports up to 160 channels this can also be quite a cost saver for your customer.

Mobotix and most other IP cameras are supported as well as traditional analog cameras.
