Small and medium size ITSPs are much more effective and efficient focusing their time and resources on finding and capturing new clients. Non-revenue producing activities like provisioning, configuration and fulfillment are a necessary evil and take ITSP resources that would be better used on marketing and selling their services Most would rather outsource the burden of receiving, warehousing, management, pre-configuring, pick/pack/shipping of SIP devices to their end users.

ABP Technology, is a leading distributor of VOIP solutions, and has achieved the expertise and unit volume to make those processes much more cost efficient. SIP devices leave our warehouse ready for the end-user to open the box and immediately connect to the VAR/ITSP network. When the end user plugs in their device, auto provisioning occurs (a completely transparent process for the end-user). The device is ready to place calls thru the ITSP network. Of course, the end-user will receive the box as if it came directly from the ITSP with all necessary documentation and identification.

Our mutual goal is to be the most cost efficient at our respective competencies. The ITSP markets, sells, bills and collects from the end user and maintains the accounts in your VoIP network. ABP Technology will do all the provisioning, logistics (and reverse logistics when required) and fulfillment. There are different levels of cooperation and customization to choose.
