Phone System: A fully featured PBX & Key phone system with VoIP capability already built in. You can make calls with new VoIP technology or use standard phone lines. The Allworx 24x™ connects up to 200 users using VoIP or analog phones - in any combination. You can mix and match Key or PBX system features by site, group or individual user. The system supports remote users and you can connect up to 100 Allworx 24x™ systems together to create one phone system across different sites. The Allworx 24x™ has built in 8-seat conference bridges, and allows access for remote users.


Network Server: This power-packed server offers the ultimate in protection - from a top-of-the-line Internet firewall to OfficeSafe, our automatic backup system. It's flexible, scalable, and offers LAN and WAN access. It easily integrates into your existing network - or it can be your complete network server. You can even create a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that provides secure Internet access for remote employees or directly connects two office locations.


Message Center: With integrated messaging and group productivity tools, your team will be in synch like never before. Employee software lets you check email and voicemail at the same time - over the phone or via PC. You can also schedule meetings in a flash with group calendars. And everyone stays connected with functions like Presence Management and call routing. Our easy-to-use Administrator Software lets system admins manage the program right from the desktop.

This extremely versatile and affordable system – in a compact design - links voice and data transmissions, digital and analog calling, Internet and Intranet, and is compatible with many of the VoIP service providers.

1000 hours of voicemail — virtually unlimited voice mail capacity

Listen to and manage voicemail in your email InBox or over the phone. Reply to voicemail with email; include voicemail in outgoing email message as an attachment. Messages can be listened to, saved, deleted or forwarded to another extension. Voicemails can be sent to any POP3 email too.

Voicemails are automatically purged from phone when managed from email InBox. Direct access to voicemail from on and off site

Message Waiting and New Call indicators supported through Allworx phones and client
software

Each phone user gets seven unique phone Presences (In Office, At A Meeting, On Vacation, On Business Trip, At Home, Away, Busy). Current presence is displayed on Allworx phones and built-in Allworx Intranet site for other users to see

User can “toggle” between presence settings via Allworx phone display, voicemail, Allworx Intranet site or Allworx Group calendaring software. Each presence setting has its own call routing structure that can be changed at any time. Call routing structure can be changed by the Allworx System Administrator or user via the Group Calendaring software

Remote IP phone users connect to Allworx 24x via Internet.

Non-Allworx phones will work and have similar functionality, depending type of phone used

Nine unique auto attendants. Time-dependent Auto Attendant routing options
for open and after business hours. Auto attendant can be fully customized.
