IP phones: a core ABP business

Fanvil logo

Fanvil

ABP has been <a href="/vendors/fanvil/">Fanvil</a>'s master distributor since 2010 — IP phones, wireless IP phones, paging and ceiling/wall speakers, and video door stations, all in one line.

A widely deployed IP phone line for desks and conference rooms.

Cisco Grandstream

Other Phones

Cisco, Grandstream, and HP Poly — available when a customer specifically needs them, alongside our core lineup.

Phone fulfillment isn't just selling a box — ABP preconfigures IP phones at scale for resellers, so they arrive ready to deploy instead of requiring on-site setup for every unit. It's one of ABP's core strengths, alongside preconfigured cameras and multisite hardware. See preconfigured device fulfillment →

Yeastar: our lead UC software platform

Cloud, on-prem & hybrid PBX

Deploy the way each customer needs — cloud, on-premise, or a mix of both.

UC clients, CRM & helpdesk integrations

Desktop and mobile apps that keep teams connected, with strong integrations into the tools customers already run.

AI Receptionist & AI Analytics

Calls answered and routed automatically, with transcripts, call summaries, and insight into customer sentiment — built into the platform.

Yeastar Central Management (YCM)

One console for provisioning, monitoring, and remote access across every customer and site, with open APIs for deeper integration.

Why ABP chose Yeastar

Adapts to the business, not the other way around

No forced hardware refresh, no paying for licenses you don't need. Yeastar scales users up or down easily, runs cloud, on-prem, or hybrid, and fits into the IT ecosystem a customer already has — instead of making them rebuild around the phone system.

You own the relationship. Always.

Channel-first, not channel-optional: you set pricing and packaging and manage every customer through one console — never competing with the vendor for your own client. That's not a guarantee every platform in this space makes.

Complexity stays behind the curtain

The customer's experience is simple and fast to deploy. The depth — routing logic, advanced call flows, integrations, high availability — is exactly where your technicians need it: available, not exposed.

Why partners choose Yeastar over any other PBX

Wins the accounts other platforms lose Hospitality, healthcare, and education all need a phone system that survives real-world scale — not just a demo.

Hotels have run on integrated phone-and-PMS systems for decades — wake-up calls, room status, minibar charges, and check-in/check-out all flowing straight into the phone system. Yeastar’s P-Series line has a hotel management module built directly into the PBX, plus ready-made integrations with Oracle Hospitality OPERA, Micros Fidelio, and other major property management systems — the kind of vertical fit that used to be a reason for a hotel to look elsewhere.

Healthcare, education, and other multi-building, multi-shift environments share the same underlying need: reliable call routing across sites, redundancy that doesn’t depend on one box staying powered on, and centralized management so IT isn’t reconfiguring extensions building by building. That’s the same Yeastar Central Management (YCM) and redundancy story below — it just happens to be exactly what a hospital floor or a school district’s front office needs too.

No hard caps. No busy signals. Some platforms silently start blocking calls once you hit a licensed ceiling. Yeastar's Cloud Edition doesn't cap how many users you can add.

A common, well-documented frustration with call-based licensing models: once a system hits its licensed number of simultaneous calls, it can start returning busy signals or dropping calls — sometimes with no warning in the admin console, just callers who can’t get through. It’s the kind of limit a customer discovers at the worst possible moment.

Yeastar’s P-Series Cloud Edition (Turnkey) doesn’t cap the number of users at all, and every edition scales by adding licensed capacity rather than forcing a wall — extensions and concurrent-call capacity both expand as the business grows, instead of the business having to shrink around the license.

One platform, every partner size From a single reseller standing up one customer's cloud instance to an MSP running its own branded, multi-tenant platform — it's the same Yeastar technology underneath.

A reseller getting started can stand up a single customer on Yeastar’s Cloud Edition or a local on-premise instance — no different from any other individual deployment ABP already helps with.

An MSP ready to build a real recurring-revenue UCaaS business can go further: Yeastar’s multi-tenant PBX platform lets a partner build and brand their own VoIP service, and BYOI (Bring Your Own Infrastructure) lets that whole multi-tenant platform run on infrastructure the partner controls — a public cloud of their choice (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and others) or their own local data center, not just Yeastar’s.

Either way, the resilience story is the same: Hot Standby pairs two servers with real-time data replication and automatic failover in 1–10 seconds; Disaster Recovery adds a geographically separate standby server; and the two combined — Yeastar calls it “2+1” mode — cover both a local hardware failure and a full site outage. A dedicated Session Border Controller secures and manages SIP trunking at the edge, and for MSPs running multiple customers, even the load balancer in front of it all can run as its own Hot Standby pair.

From PBX to AI Voice

The AI Voice opportunity, built on the platform you already sell

Yeastar’s AI Receptionist answers and routes calls automatically, and AI Analytics turns every conversation into transcripts, summaries, and insight into customer sentiment — real capabilities built into the platform you already sell, not a separate integration project. For Yeastar partners, the question isn’t whether to adopt AI — it’s how to turn it into a service your customers pay for.

ABP’s job is to help you figure out which problem is worth solving first for a given customer, demonstrate it credibly, and support the first project so it doesn’t feel like a science experiment. ABP partners also get priority consideration for the new Voice AI Partner Program.

The same move you already made with phones

Ten years ago the PBX was a box in a closet. Today you sell it as a cloud service and the phone on the desk is the endpoint your customer actually touches. That shift is now happening to video: the NVR in the closet is becoming a cloud VMS, and the camera is the endpoint.

Cloud PBX is to the IP phone what Cloud VMS is to the IP camera. Same buildings, same customers, same network, same switch, same crew in the truck. The difference is that this one keeps billing after the install is signed off — and the AI layer on top of it is the part customers have started asking about before you bring it up.

IPTECHVIEW is ABP’s own cloud video and AI supervision platform, and ABP is where partners buy it.
