Factory default needs a network tech. IPTECHVIEW Ready needs a cable.
These units are active IP devices. Left as factory defaults, they need a network tech, a PBX login, and a second visit. IPTECHVIEW Ready units leave ABP with the SIP identity, codecs, zones, and agent endpoint already set.

Do my installers need VoIP or networking skills?

Do I need an LLM or an app to use these endpoints?
No. The first job is audio alerts, which can run from simple rules or schedules. Add app-driven paging, an LLM voice agent, a PBX, or phone integration only where the project needs it.
Which units support two-way audio with an AI agent?
The A201, A212, and A233 speakers have built-in microphones, as do the camera-speaker units (A513W, and the i16SV / A12V intercom alternates). They let an agent hear the site, confirm a person, and talk back.

I’m a phone reseller. Who owns the customer?
