IPTECHVIEW: the cloud shift you already know how to sell

An IPTECHVIEW multi-site management workstation on three monitors above a hand holding a phone showing live camera views

Cloud VMS and AI supervision for resellers who already sell the phones and run the network. Same buildings, same customers, same skills — a much bigger number at the bottom of the quote.

You have already sold a transition exactly like this one. The PBX left the closet and became a service — and you kept the endpoint, the cabling, the install and the support contract. The same thing is now happening to the NVR.

Cloud PBX is to the IP phone what Cloud VMS is to the IP camera

Cloud PBX is to the IP phone what Cloud VMS is to the IP camera. If you can sell one, you already know how to sell the other.

The move is smaller than it looks

You are not learning a new business. You are pointing the one you have at a bigger market.

Think about what a camera project actually asks of you. Pull cable to an endpoint. Put a PoE switch behind it. Give it an address and a VLAN. Mount it, prove it works, hand the customer an app and a monthly invoice. You have done every one of those things on every phone system you have ever installed.

The customers are the same too — the same hallways, the same IT contact, the same purchase-order process, often the same cable tray. What changes is the size of the opportunity on the other end of the quote.

Why now

Nothing is wrong with your phone business. It simply stopped growing.

Handsets are a mature product. Seats are priced to the bottom. You can run the same number of projects as last year, do them well, and still watch the revenue line go flat — because the margin came out of the hardware and the subscription went to somebody else’s platform.

Video is where the second curve is, and it is attached to the one part of this industry that is not plateauing: AI. The customer who shrugs at a phone refresh will sit forward when you tell them a camera can watch a process and tell them when it goes wrong.

The hard part of diversifying is usually that you have to become someone else. Here you do not.

The platform

One system, from a four-camera shop to a national rollout

IPTECHVIEW is cloud video management, AI supervision, remote management and system health monitoring — with nothing left on site to buy, power, patch or replace. No NVR, no local server, no refresh cliff three to five years out.

You learn it once. The same interface, the same provisioning and the same reporting carry a single retail location all the way to a multi-site enterprise, so your technicians are not retrained every time a deal gets bigger and a small job is never too small to quote. Every recurring-revenue account you own sits in one view.

One interface for every site you support — and the remote management you use to support customers is the same product you sell them.

The first job

It arrives configured, so the first project goes right

The expensive part of a surveillance project has never been the camera. It is the hours before and during the install: specifying devices, staging them on a bench, chasing IP addresses and VLANs on site, then driving back because something did not come up.

More than half of what ABP ships today is preconfigured before it leaves the distribution centre, and IPTECHVIEW hardware is the clearest case for it. Curated IPTECHVIEW Ready™ cameras and cloud-managed PoE switches arrive already bound to the customer’s account. Mount it, power it, it appears — that is Plug and View™.

Your specialist finishes the setup from the office. The physical install becomes a job for anyone who can run wire and mount a bracket — which is exactly why the next section matters.

The IPTECHVIEW UNIVERSAL camera line
A curated line, not a catalogue — so specifying a system is a decision, not a research project.

The objection we hear most

“My state wants a licensed low-voltage installer.” Good — bring one.

In states that require a security or low-voltage licence to install cameras, the answer is not to walk away from the opportunity. It is to pair up. We introduce you to a partner who installs for a living, and you keep doing what you are good at: knowing the customer, designing the system, owning the platform and billing the monthly service.

Each side stays inside its own competency. The installer gets qualified work without having to find it. You get the project without hiring a crew or chasing a licence. The customer gets both halves done by people who actually do them every day.

What you keepThe customer relationship, the design, the platform, the support contract and the recurring revenue.
What they getSteady, qualified install work from a partner who brings the project in already specified and already configured.

Three parties, three wins, nobody doing a job they did not want. That is the whole arrangement.

Where the price conversation ends

Recording is a commodity. Supervision is not.

Every camera records. That is table stakes, and it is why camera deals turn into a price-per-channel argument. What your competitor cannot quote against is a system that understands what it is looking at: a person in a restricted zone is an alert, headlights across a fence line is not. Fewer alarms, and the ones that arrive are worth opening.

Then it goes further. AI Supervisors watch a process so that it goes right, rather than watching people in case something goes wrong — PPE, restricted zones, steps performed out of order, a queue backing up. That is a budget line outside the security budget, which is the single most useful sentence in this page.

And when a customer’s problem is genuinely their own, IPTECHVIEW AI Studio lets you build the answer yourself: describe in plain language what a camera should watch, drop it onto a camera view, and it is live. No code, no development team, no ticket to anybody.

This is the part that makes you the expert in the room. You are no longer the vendor quoting against two other vendors on camera count. You are the person who walked in with an idea the customer had not heard yet — and who can have it running on their own site inside a week.

How you get paid

Margin on day one, and a new invoice to your customer every year, for many years.

Start with what does not change: you can buy and sell exactly as you always have. Hardware at your cost, your margin, your invoice. IPTECHVIEW does not require a financing model to work.

What it adds is a second way to write the deal. IPTECHVIEW’s Smart & Flexible Financing, through Ascentium Capital, lets you present hardware, subscription and services as one monthly payment — while you are paid 100% upfront, even on a multi-year agreement, with the accounts receivable risk sitting with the lender rather than with you. Terms of 36 or 60 months, up to $2.0 million. For the customer it is an operating expense the site manager can usually approve, instead of a capital request that waits for next year’s budget.

Then the install is where the relationship starts, not where it ends. Partners layer their own managed services on top of the plan, and in an AI-centric world customers keep asking for new functionality rather than going quiet for five years. More cameras. Then door stations, audio and visual alerts, LPR, thermal. Then the phone system, because you are already the one they call.

Why buy it from ABP

You are not doing the first one alone

ABP Technology is a Master Distributor for IPTECHVIEW in the Americas since 2021, serving resellers and partners across the United States, Canada and Latin America — which in practice means the platform, the hardware and the fulfilment all come from the same place, and one phone call covers all three.

And you are not handed a login and wished luck. The IPTECHVIEW team at ABP stays with you the whole way — pre-sales and system design first, then alongside you on the first install itself, then through your customer’s onboarding until the account is genuinely running. The first project is the one that decides whether there is a second one, so it is the one we put the most people on.

Because the whole platform is managed remotely, there is almost nothing we cannot help with from here. We can see what you are seeing, configure alongside you, and sort it out without either of us driving anywhere.

Stock on the shelf. Same-day shipping on preconfigured orders. Demos, configuration help, proposal support and joint sales calls for your first project and well beyond it. If you want an installer partner in a licensed state, we make the introduction. See the platform itself at iptechview.com.

One more thing. The same AI that watches the warehouse floor is coming to the phones on the desk. When it lands, the partner who already runs both the voice and the video for a customer will be the only one who can answer the whole question — and the customer will not be shopping that conversation around. Ask your ABP rep what is coming. It is closer than you think.

Start with a conversation, not a quote.

Twenty minutes with the IPTECHVIEW team at ABP. Bring one customer you already have. We will tell you honestly whether this fits your business, what the first job looks like, and what it pays — this year and every year after.
