Fanvil

Fanvil IP phones and communications devices

IP phones including wireless, IP paging and ceiling/wall speakers, video door stations and SIP intercoms, and FXS gateways for analog retrofit. ABP Technology is Fanvil's Master Distributor for North America since 2010.

Fanvil is one of our most popular vendors because they not only sell a carrier-grade, solid-as-a-rock IP phone — they also offer everything else that uses the same phone stack. Gateways, paging interfaces, video door stations, intercoms, speakers and even outdoor speaker cones. All built to the same standards and provisioned the same way. In a world where voice is becoming an AI workload, that breadth is the point: the endpoints are what the AI actually talks to.

ABP Technology is a Fanvil Master Distributor for North America since 2010: stock on the shelf, preconfiguration before it ships, and presales people who have deployed this gear rather than just listed it.

Fanvil IP phones you actively sell to your Customers

Fanvil’s desk range runs from a plain two-line phone up to the X7A, a 7-inch Android touch-screen phone with 112 programmable keys, built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and an optional USB camera for video calls.

Why it matters: one vendor across the whole desk estate means one provisioning method, one firmware process and one support path — from the warehouse phone to the executive desk.

Beyond phones: Fanvil offers a full audio lineup

Fanvil speakers and paging: where voice leaves the desk

The audio range runs from ceiling and wall speakers to outdoor horn and cone speakers, plus paging interfaces that bridge a legacy bell or overhead system into SIP. All PoE, all on the same firmware family as the phones — and all two-way audio, which is what turns a speaker from a one-way announcement device into something a person, or an AI agent, can hold a conversation through.

Why it matters: this is where voice stops being a desk product. A ceiling speaker pages a room quietly; the same firmware in an outdoor horn plays ambient music one moment and a sharp alert the next. Mount it, power it over Ethernet, manage it remotely — and the same AI agent that answers a call can guide, warn or coach through any of them. See AI Voice for what partners are building on it.

Fanvil gateways: change the system, keep the phones

The GA100 Series FXS gateways run from 4 ports to 144, so analog endpoints connect straight into a SIP platform.

Hotel front desk staff answering a call — the rooms keep their existing phones

Why it matters: a hotel does not rewire 200 rooms to move to IP. A hospital keeps its bedside handsets. A plant keeps the ringdown phones on the floor. The system behind them becomes modern; the endpoints people rely on stay exactly where they are. That turns a rip-and-replace objection into a staged project — which is usually the difference between a quote and an order.

Pair it with Yeastar. Use the gateway with Yeastar’s P-Series and its special hotel phone integration modules, and call ABP presales to discuss your project. Yeastar provides unlimited extensions per concurrent call, which makes it super cost-effective, and it provides the best support for hotel PMS systems.

Fanvil door stations that are also access control

The i6 Series video door stations speak SIP and ONVIF, in weather- and vandal-rated housings, with card, keypad and — on the i66 and i68 — face recognition with anti-spoofing.

i62 — SIP and ONVIF, card and keypad, IP66 / IK07
Fanvil i68 face recognition door phone with 8-inch touch screen
i68 — 8-inch touch screen, face recognition with anti-spoofing

Why it matters: ONVIF is the hinge. The same unit is a SIP intercom on the phone system and a camera on the video platform. That is why these turn up again and again inside IPTECHVIEW deployments doing door control — one device, two jobs, no second system to buy, install or explain.

Fanvil FDMS and IPTECHVIEW — Two Complementary Systems to make Remote Management a Breeze

Partners managing Fanvil fleets end up using both, because they solve different problems.

  • IPTECHVIEW gives instant remote access to an individual device’s own web interface, from anywhere, plus a password vault so credentials live in one controlled place instead of a spreadsheet. That is the this device, right now job — the support call in progress.
  • Fanvil FDMS, Fanvil’s own Device Management System, updates firmware and pushes configuration across a whole fleet at once. That is the two hundred devices, overnight job — the maintenance window.

Why it matters: most arguments about device management are really an argument about which of those two jobs someone had in mind. Run both and the question disappears.
