Contacting ABP for Support on Audiocodes Gateways:

4 things are always needed as attachments (NOT pasted into an email)
1. The INI file you download from the gateway.
2. The output of the "Message Log" of your failure (with debug level = 5)
3. An ethereal trace of the failure in #2.
4. Details of what you are trying to do and what is happening.

If you do not already have one pending, open a Support Request with only #4 in the description. You will receive an automatic email reply from doing this.
Reply to that email with #1(board.ini), #2(message_log.txt), and #3(trace.pcap) attached.
