Stephane Angelot – VP Strategic Solutions and Alliances, Aastra Telecom
With more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Stephane Angelot is the Vice President Strategic Solutions and Alliances for Aastra Telecom. He manages strategic partnerships to develop Aastra Telecom endpoints sales. Prior to this position, Angelot was the Vice President of Product Development at EADS TELECOM North America and was responsible for product management of large PBX, mission critical call centers and network management for the PointSpan and Centergy line of products. Angelot holds a Master of Science degree in computer science and telecommunications from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mark Bresler – VP of Channel Sales, Broadvox
Mr. Bresler provides Broadvox with 20 years of experience in Senior Management, nine of which spent working directly in the Telecommunications Sector. Mr. Bresler is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the company’s Indirect Channel Throughout his 25 year career in Sales & Marketing, Mr. Bresler has particularly thrived in both start-up and turn-around business environments. 

Prior to joining Infotelis, Mr. Bresler was the Director of Strategic Planning, Ohio for Talk America. Previous to the acquisition of LDMI by Talk America, Mr. Bresler held the position of Director of Sales, Ohio at LDMI. He also spent two years at Focal Communications driving sales into Fortune 100 & 500 accounts.

Before returning to Ohio in 2001, Mr. Bresler resided in Boston, MA and held Senior Management positions with Teligent Communications as well as Network Catalyst, a Gold DVAR of Cisco Systems. Previous to entering the Telecommunications sector, Mr. Bresler was President & CEO of A.I.M. Enterprises, Inc. one of the nation’s largest publishers and distributors of skyline and licensed sports prints.

Sam Chon – Voice Technology Solutions Professional, Microsoft

Sam Chon is responsible for the voice components of MS UC porfolio which includes Microsoft Exchange, OCS, Office Communicator, and A/V Conferencing.  He spent 17 years in the enterprise voice and IP networking business and formerly worked at both Nortel and Cisco Systems.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jim Christie – VP of Worldwide Sales, Exinda Networks
Jim Christie was named Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Exinda Networks in January 2007. Jim has over 20 years of experience in enterprise level software sales and management of organizations producing enterprise level hardware and software. As Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Jim is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, attracting new clients and building the channel of distributors, partners and resellers throughout the world.
Prior to Exinda, Jim worked for Aprisma Management Technologies as Managing Director of Asia Pacific. Jim previously worked for EMC, as Division Manager for their Open Systems division; Sanyo, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for UNIX Systems and Network Storage and MAI Basic Four, where he held a number of positions including Director of Product Marketing, National Sales Manager for Large Systems and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing.
Jim holds a Ph.D. from Kansas State University, MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern College.

 

 

 

 

Jeff Crilley – Emmy Award Winning Reporter, MC

Jeff Crilley is an Emmy Award winning TV reporter in Dallas. During his 20 years in television news he has made hundreds of national news appearances including CNN, CNN Headline News, FOX News, The Discovery Channel, Good Morning America and The CBS Early Show.

He has been recognized by his peers with dozens of national and regional awards including the Emmy, the National Headliners Award, the Edward R. Murrow Award, the Thurgood Marshall Award and in 2004 was named by the Texas Associated Press, "The Best TV Reporter in the state."

 

 

 

 

 

Alex Epshteyn - Founder & CTO, Thirdlane

Alex Epshteyn is the Chief Technology Officer and founder of Third Lane Technologies, LLC, a California company offering management and end user software tools for open source telephony based solutions to SMB/SME and ITSP customers. Alex is the author of the family of Thirdlane PBX Manager products – web based GUIs for managing Asterisk based on-premises and virtual hosted PBXs. With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, Alex has been instrumental in leveraging open source software to deliver effective business solutions. Alexander Feldt – Senior Telecom Engineer, Support Team, snom
Alexander Feldt is the Senior Telecom Engineer for the Support Department at snom, developer and manufacturer of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephones. Feldt has a broad range of experience in both the telecom and Internet industries, as an engineer in various roles including support, implementation and development.

Prior to joining snom in 2006, Feldt was a freelancer in Cali, Columbia, focusing on VoIP consulting and implementations for small businesses and SOHOs. His work in Germany includes serving as an engineer for SIEMENS AG and as a development engineer for Abgasprüfstelle Berlin GmbH.

Feldt studied information technology at Technische Hochschule (Technical University) in Wismar, Germany for three years before completing his communications engineering studies at Fachhochschule (University of Applied Sciences) in Karlsruhe, Germany in July of 1995.

 

 

 

 

Rex Harris – Director of Product Marketing, CPE Business Line, AudioCodes
Rex Harris is Director of Product Marketing, CPE Business Line for AudioCodes, the leading provider of innovative, reliable and cost-effective analog and digital VoIP gateways. He has over 20 years of telephony experience with the last 10 years focused on VoIP.  Previously, as Director of Product Management and Marketing, he was one of the founding contributors to VocalData, a VoIP Hosted PBX Feature Server developer.  Most recently, he was Director of Partner Management for Tekelec.

 

 

 

Joe Hoffmann – Sales and Marketing Manager ,CyberData
Mr. Hoffmann joined CyberData Corporation in 2006 to provide overall direction to position the VoIP product line in its focus markets. He has accumulated over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the telecommunications industry, holding prior positions with various companies in the Silicon Valley. Tim Kataras – Director of Business Development, Altai Technologies
Mr. Tim Kataras is the Director of Business Development for the Americas for Altai Technologies.  He is responsible for the business development in North and South America.

Tim brings over 30 years of wireless and telecom experience to Altai.  During his career, he has lead successful business development efforts with major US and international companies.  He has worked with industry leaders such as Motorola, NEC, Uniden, General Electric and Mattel as well as start-ups and entrepreneurial companies around the world.

In 2002 as Senior Director of Business Development for BarPoint.com, Tim developed and managed partnerships with all five of the Top 5 US cellular carriers.  He was the founder and CEO of Global Access Telephone and Technology Inc. and the principal architect of its acquisition by Inter-Continental Services Corp.

Tim attended Northern Illinois University receiving a degree in Marketing.

 

 

 

Fabrizio Minelli - Director, Business Development, Pirelli
In Pirelli Broadband Solution, Fabrizio currently drives the Business Development group, active world wide in the exciting activity of bringing advanced and innovative paradigms to the new communication market. Fabrizio has been at Pirelli since 2001. He has contributed to the growth of PBS since its inception, in Sales Development roles as well as Key Account for major customers. Before joining Pirelli he had covered different management roles in Marketing & Sales in Philips Consumer Electronics and in STMicroelectronics.

Fred Palacios is the Director of Sales for ITS Telecom, a manufacturer of telecom peripherals including voicemail, messaging on hold, access control and cellular gateways based in Azur Israel with US offices in Ramsey, NJ and Ranch Belago, CA. He has been in the field of telecommunications for 26 years. The first half of his career was spent in Operations on the interconnect side of the industry with his last position being the Installation Manager for US West in Southern California. The second half of his career was spent in Channel Development for the telecom equipment manufacturers, with the past five years focused on telephony peripherals market.

Wolfgang Ritter – Director of Sales North/South Americas, Mobotix

Mark Spencer - Founder and CTO, Digium
Mark Spencer founded Digium®, Inc., in 1999 as Linux Support Systems while still a computer engineering student at Auburn University. Mike Storella – Director of US Business Development, snom
Michael (Mike) Storella is Director of US Business Development for snom, developer and manufacturer of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephones. In this role, Storella is responsible for expanding snom’s channel distribution program through a wide range of new and existing partners and resellers. His work includes exploring interoperability and OEM relationships with service providers and product companies that provide additional market opportunities for snom.

Storella brings more than 30 years of proven abilities in global technology and telecommunications businesses. Prior to joining snom, Storella worked with RNK Telecom as Director of Business Development where he was responsible for building the company’s channel program in a very short timeframe. Previously, Storella was the Vice President of Customer Services for Whaleback Systems Corp., a start-up IPPBX company.
