An existing Patton customer buying from a Patton Certified Channel (Reseller Partner).

1. Register your participation in the VoIP Port BuyBack program using the web form.
2. Place your new order with your reseller at the normal price. Mention promotion code SC161.
3. Using the link on the registration-confirmation web page (under step 2), download the trade-in application form. Complete and submit the form to your participating Patton Certified Channel, or to Patton or Inalp (if your local channel is not participating in this promotion).
4. Within five days Patton will e-mail your claim number and shipping instructions for returning your trade-in equipment.
5. Ship your old VoIP equipment to Patton or Patton-Inalp along with your completed trade-in application and a copy of your new order confirmation.
6. Once your returned goods are received, Patton will mail you a check for the amount of your Port BuyBack rebate.
